A. CBL is a Community Black List where people can check if you are CBL Dirty

Q. How do you become CBL Dirty?
A. You become CBL Dirty if you Hack/Glitch or Use any cheating Program. You can also become CBL Dirty if you have a very long killstreak

u wont be made dirty if u have long kill streak u will be flag. If u are caught cheating then u'll be made dirty.
